During the COVID-19 pandemic, Seegene faced the challenge of providing diagnostic solutions to public institutions, hospitals, and anyone in need worldwide. To manage the growing workload, they hired a large number of professionals, built various global base systems, and deployed chartered aircraft annually for logistics. These efforts resulted in explosive growth for the company. To properly manage the increased costs and external growth of the company, they introduced SAP »ÆÉ«¶ÌÊÓƵ to computerize expense processing and create a system for cost monitoring. They are also building a Global Single Instance (GSI) environment for flexible management of global operations from their headquarters. The U.S. and Italy branches introduced SAP »ÆÉ«¶ÌÊÓƵ first, with other overseas and domestic branches planning to follow suit soon.
